1. V CARE IMPEX sells Laboratory Weights and Weight Sets along with Customised NABL Calibration Certificate and Laboratory Consumables and  hence it is the duty of the buyer to ascertain fit for use for each product and under no circumstances is the seller liable for any claims or returns regarding fit for use.

2. However, If the product is found to be defective or damaged, you can simply return the item within 15 days of receipt to get a replacement of the same or exchange it for a different product. The product to be returned must be in its original packaging and unopened.

3. All merchandise returned must be in a re-saleable condition with original packaging and must include all accessories/freebie supplied..

4. We regret that we will not be liable for a refund for any item returned that is received by us damaged or lost in transit. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to goods in transit.

 

How to return your product?

You can get in touch with us at below mentioned email or phone and state the reason for the return request.
You can then ship the item back to our address along with the copy of the Invoice for reference.
Currently, we do not have return pickup services enabled on our store.
Once we have received the items, the item condition will be inspected and the replacement/refund will be processed  

 

Refund Policy:

• Refund will be processed after the receipt and inspection of the returned product by us.

• All Refunds will be processed to your bank through which payment was made for the order.

• Cost of return shipping the Item from Your Address to Our Address will Not be refunded.

• Calibration charges involved in the Customised Calibration of Weight Sets and single weights shall not be refunded. Only basic cost of Weights shall be refunded and the same shall be notified to you.
